What do I get for £89/month?
A professionally designed WordPress site on a fast, secure stack (Astra + Elementor), on-page SEO essentials, analytics, SSL, hosting management, speed optimisations, and email support — plus a simple client portal for updates and asset sharing.
Is there a setup fee?
Most projects include a one-off setup to cover discovery, design, and build time. It’s quoted up-front and agreed before we start.
How fast will my site go live?
Typical turnarounds are ~14 days from content sign-off for our standard 5-page build. Larger scopes or e-commerce may take longer.
How many pages are included?
The standard package covers 5 core pages (e.g., Home, Services, About, Work, Contact). Extra pages can be added any time.
Can I add more pages later?
Absolutely. We can add pages on a fixed fee per page or include them within a growth plan.
Who owns the website and content?
You own your domain, content, brand assets, and images you provide. We manage the build and hosting. If you cancel, we can provide an export or a buy-out option for a self-hosted move.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. It’s a rolling monthly service. Please give 30 days’ notice so we can wrap things up cleanly.
What about revisions?
One round of revisions is included after the first draft. Need more polish? We can add extra revision rounds at a simple fixed fee.
Do you write the copy and provide images?
We can. Copywriting, stock image sourcing, and light brand design are available as add-ons if you don’t have assets ready.
Will my site be fast and SEO-friendly?
Yes. We build for Core Web Vitals with semantic HTML, proper headings, meta data, relevant schema, and clean internal linking. Growth SEO campaigns are available if you want to climb rankings faster.
Do you build e-commerce sites?
Yes — Stripe/WooCommerce setups, product pages, carts, and checkout. We’ll recommend the best stack based on your catalogue size and needs.
Can you migrate my existing site?
We can re-platform or refresh your current site, preserve URLs where possible, and handle redirects to protect SEO.
What’s included for accessibility and compliance?
We follow WCAG best practices (contrast, focus states, keyboard navigation) and provide cookie/consent tooling and basic privacy page templates as needed.
How do payments work?
Monthly subscriptions are billed via Stripe in GBP. You’ll receive automatic receipts. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Do you integrate bookings, forms, and analytics?
Yes — contact forms, calendars/booking tools, live chat, CRM hand-offs, and dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio).
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo/brand assets, page outline, any copy/images you have, and a few example sites you like. We’ll guide you with a simple intake.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Email support for small fixes/edits, plus optional growth plans for proactive improvements, new pages, content, and A/B testing.
